Donald McKay

Head P.G.A. Teaching Professional

Probably the busiest teaching professional in the region. Coach of many good players in the county and beyond, Donald is well known for his friendly and easy to understand approach to the golf swing. Donald teaches everyone from European Tour players and Scotland Internationalists to juniors and absolute beginners. Donald is available for lessons 6 days a week, year round and from 9 am till 8 pm.

Stewart Whiteford

P.G.A Professional

Stewart is available for lessons on a limited basis due to his involvement in the range business as a whole. Dedicating much of his time to our custom fitting program, running the shop and other Range matters, Stewart can be booked for lessons 2-3 days a week.

Henry Wong

P.G.A Professional

Henry joined our professional staff in July 2008. Concentrating his efforts at this time in the retail side of the business, his excellent knowledge and understanding of modern golfing equipment together with his easy going manner makes Henry a great asset to the team here at Wellsgreen.

Peter Whiteford

Touring Professional

A professional golfer since he left college in 2002, Peter spent 2 years on the Europro tour, winning twice before graduating to the Challenge tour in 2004. Peter came through that tour in 2007 having again won twice to gain his full playing privileges on the 2008 European tour. He is often seen in bay 18 (his favourite) or on our Wee Course working on his game ready for his next event. View Peter's stats
